Designing a bulk add experience in Navisphere Admin to let admins create hundreds of users in minutes instead of hours—reducing errors, saving time, and scaling with business needs.
BACKGROUND
Manual onboarding blocked migration.
Account reps were stuck creating users one by one—slow, error-prone, and painful. As migration scaled, this inefficiency became a critical blocker.
